Biography

Conan Christopher O'Brien is an Emmy Award-winning American television host, comedian, writer, and producer. He is best known for his nearly three-decade tenure as a late-night talk show host, helming Late Night (1993–2009), The Tonight Show (2009–2010), and Conan (2010–2021). Before his hosting career, he was a writer for Saturday Night Live and The Simpsons (where he wrote iconic episodes like "Marge vs. the Monorail"). Recently, he has transitioned into high-profile voice acting and event hosting. He hosted the 97th Academy Awards (Oscars) in March 2025 to critical acclaim and is confirmed to return as host for the 2026 ceremony. He has also officially joined the Pixar family, voicing the character Smarty Pants in the upcoming "Toy Story 5" (2026).
