Dorothy Ghettuba (b. 1979, Kenya) is a trailblazing media executive and storyteller. She co-founded Spielworks Media in 2009, producing over 18 TV shows, 20 web series, and 40+ films including Saints, Lies That Bind, and Higher Learning. Since March 2019, she’s held senior roles at Netflix Africa—first as Manager of International Originals, then Director of Content, Series & Film for Sub‑Saharan Africa—championing African voices on a global stage . A 2016 Archbishop Tutu Fellow and recipient of Variety’s “Global Impactful Women”, she also chairs Kenya’s Film Commission, inspiring diversity and innovation across the continent
