Biography
Mary Ogbonna, affectionately known as Biliki Sisiraju, is a celebrated Nigerian actress who first captured hearts with her role in the popular sitcom Clinic Matters. Born in Ibadan in 1976 and originally from Imo State, she pursued her education in English Literature at Lagos State University. Acting found her early—in church plays, school dramas, and later through a local skills club drama association in Ibadan. Her breakout came with the film Dry Scorpion, where her portrayal of a mentally challenged woman drew widespread acclaim for its depth and realism. This was followed by her memorable role as Biliki, the curious hospital cleaner in Clinic Matters, which significantly raised her profile and earned her a nod for Best Actress in a Comedy at the AMVCA. Mary has also appeared in a variety of Yoruba and English-language films, such as Yanky Girls, Breaking News, and Clinic Matters. Her grounded talent and earnest storytelling make her a respected voice in Nollywood. Known for her authenticity, she continues to inspire with performances rich in nuance and warmth.
